his son trained at George Blanc and Alain
Ducasse.
In an approved laboratory,
a team of 19 qualified and motivated collaborators
prepares all the market products in shop and
ensure a service delicatessen and dishes to
be carried. All here is "house".
A fine grocery stand
offers the products of quality as well
as a rigorous selection of wines and liquors.
Discover the specialities
in dishes delicatessens : the Cod with
bitter-sweet, crayfish with the stroke, the
calf Grenadian, duck tournedos to the "foie
gras" and morels, the half lobsters at
Parisian and lobster at "américaine",
and all dishes of festivals and midnight suppers.
Also in pork-butchery,
enjoy the "Bovary andouillette", hand
made and drawn with the string, ham with the
bone and white ham, the galantine of poultry
and pigeon or the goose "foie gras"
and the duck. Festive preparations for the festivals
of end of the year which the champagne house
